A native of Long Island, NY, Michael has spent much of his life in the greater NYC area. After graduating high school, Michael attended school in Ithaca, NY where he was a 4-year varsity lacrosse letterman and graduated from Ithaca College Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Business Administration (B.S), concentrations in both Finance and Economics.
Michael has long been a media and tech junkie. This interest jumpstarted his post-college career in Entertainment Marketing, during which he spent much of his time brokering taste-maker endorsement and sponsorship deals. This path soon evolved as Michael began providing services through influencer branding and organic media placement in an effort to pair brands and talent with synergistic opportunities.
Having worked with a number of venues, events, and corporate clients, Michael took the position of Assistant Vice President of Marketing and Events for NYC based Funbars.com, collaborating with owners and operators of over 20 venues (bars, restaurants & event spaces). There, he oversaw the Marketing and Events Department, focusing on all promotions, corporate partnerships, relationship management, and new venue opportunities in the Greater New York City area.
Michael has since worked with a number of mobile applications focusing on business development, marketing strategy, and user awareness. In April 2013, Michael became an advisor to a singing discovery application, Just Sing It, which has secured funding from Tribeca Venture Partners, Lerer Ventures, m8 Capital, Eniac Ventures, Dennis Phelps of Institutional Venture Partners, and Bob Geiman of Redwood Technology Ventures. Most recently, he has embarked on an endeavor to create Vigme, a social shopping community that rewards its users for their social clout.
With great experience in maximizing returns for his clients and investors alike, Michael saw it most fitting to take his expertise to the Real Estate both locally in New York City and internationally. Michael is a highly ambitious professional who has a knack for establishing and building relationships across all levels of business.
